Our Financial Policy
We are committed to providing you with the best possible care, and are pleased to discuss our professional fees with you at any time. Please ask if you have any questions about fees, our financial policy or your responsibility.

Regarding Payments
Payment is expected upon the completion of each visit. Cash, check or credit cards are accepted.
If ongoing care is needed blocks of appointments can be purchased at a discount to the regular fee.

Insurance
Insurance companies vary greatly in coverage of chiropractic care. If you have insurance and have an injury or condition which requires ongoing and/or frequent treatments arrangements can be made to bill your insurance company. You will be responsible for any balance they do not cover.
If your treatments are occasional payment is expected at time of service. We can provide you with a “superbill” which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Medicare
Payment is collected at time of service. Medicare covers fees for spinal adjustments for treatment of acute injuries for which we will bill Medicare. You should be reimbursed by Medicare to the extent they allow. Medicare does not cover occasional or “maintanance” care and will not be billed.
